Refund policy

At ENTROPY AETHER LLC, we take pride in producing small-batch rejuvenating essentials using intentionally selected ingredients and premium formulations. Due to the personal nature of skincare and grooming products, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Returns

For sanitary and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially used products.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to approval by Entropy Aether LLC. Returned items must: remain sealed and unused, be in original packaging, and arrive in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery at:

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error resulted from our mistake.

Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

Our products contain natural oils, fats, waxes, and vitamin compounds that may cause irritation or allergic response in certain individuals. Customers are strongly encouraged to: perform a patch test prior to full use, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and consult a medical professional if necessary.

Refunds are not guaranteed for sensitivity, allergic response, or individual dissatisfaction related to skin compatibility.

Product Variability

Because our products are produced in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in: texture, color, aroma, firmness, or appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Returns & Refunds Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Entropy Aether LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. By purchasing and using our products, customers acknowledge and accept all associated risks.
