Shipping policy

ENTROPY AETHER LLC (ENTROPY)processes and ships orders within the United States in accordance with the following Shipping Policy.

1. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are generally processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Because certain products are produced in small batches, processing times may vary depending on inventory levels, production schedules, holidays, weather events, or demand volume.

ENTROPY reserves the right to delay shipment when necessary for quality control, inventory management, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

2. SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers at our discretion.

Shipping time estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

ENTROPY is not responsible for: lost packages, delivery delays, additional shipping costs, or failed delivery attempts resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

4. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery delays, damage, loss, or theft transfers to the carrier and customer.

ENTROPY is not responsible for: carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, weather-related delays, customs delays, or delivery issues outside our control.

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier when applicable.

5. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Any shipment damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery and may require: photographs, packaging documentation, and proof of damage.

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may result in denial of replacement or claim review.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to: customs inspections, duties, taxes, import restrictions, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Customers are solely responsible for all import-related charges and compliance with local laws.

ENTROPY is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities.
